Lash Clusters
Q: What are lash clusters?
Lash clusters are small sections of false lashes that can be applied under the lash to create a customized lash look at home. They give you more flexibility than a strip lash and allow you to build anything from soft everyday glam to a fuller, more dramatic lash look.
Q: How long do Covet lash clusters last?
Covet lash clusters can last up to 1–2 weeks with proper application, lash bond, sealant, and aftercare. Wear time may vary depending on your routine, natural lashes, and how gently you care for them.
Q: Are Covet lash clusters beginner-friendly?
Yes. Covet lash clusters offer a balance between strip lashes and traditional knotted flares. Strip lashes sit as one full band above the natural lash line, while traditional flares are smaller and often require many placements to create fullness. Covet clusters are applied underneath the natural lashes in larger sections, helping you create a more seamless lash look with about 4–6 clusters per eye, depending on your eye shape and desired style.
Q: What is the difference between Muse and Femme?
Muse is soft, airy, and wearable for everyday beauty. Femme is fuller, darker, and more dramatic for a bolder lash look.
Q: Can I reuse Covet lash clusters?
Yes. Covet lash clusters are designed to be reusable with gentle removal and proper care. For the best wear, handle them softly, avoid tugging, and keep the lash band clean between uses.
Bond & Seal
Q: Do I need bond and seal?
Yes. Lash bond helps the clusters attach to your natural lashes, while sealant helps lock them in place, reduce tackiness, and support longer wear.
Q: What does lash bond do?
Lash bond acts as the adhesive for your lash clusters. It helps the clusters grip your natural lashes during application.
Q: What does lash seal do?
Lash seal is the final step in your lash application. It helps lock the clusters in place, reduce tackiness from the bond, and add a water-resistant finish to support longer wear.
Q: How do I remove Covet lash clusters?
Use an oil remover and gently loosen the clusters. Avoid pulling or tugging, as this can damage your natural lashes.
Lip Gloss & Lip Oil
Q: Are Covet glosses sticky?
Covet glosses are chosen for high shine and a comfortable feel. Like most glosses, texture may vary slightly by formula, but the finish is meant to feel smooth and wearable.
Q: Are the glosses sheer or full coverage?
Most Covet glosses have a sheer to buildable finish. Some shades may look deeper in the tube but apply softer on the lips.
Q: Which Covet glosses are color-changing?
Some Covet glosses are pH-reactive and shift based on the wearer’s natural lip tone. The After Flash Collection includes color-shifting glosses, and in the Desire Series, shades 7 Tease and 8 Surrender also have color-changing properties.
Shipping & Returns
Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: Can I return opened beauty products?
Due to the nature of beauty products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return or resale. Please review our return policy before purchasing.
Q: What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue so we can review it.
