At Covet Beauty, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we offer.
For health and safety reasons, all beauty products are final sale once opened or used.
However, we understand that issues can happen — and we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
💬 How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To start a request, Go to the Contact Us Page with:

A photo of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide a solution — usually a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
⏳ Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Store credits are issued immediately once your request is approved.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
